Wet Pressing Technology

Pulp molding wet-pressing process is a fast-developing, widely used technology in recent years. Using vacuum suction and in-mold drying, it integrates forming, drying and shaping in one machine. It boasts high automation, large output and high precision, though with relatively high energy consumption. It is mainly applied to high-quality food and premium industrial packaging production.

Dry Pressing Technology

Pulp molding dry pressing process is a relatively traditional technology that separates the steps of forming, drying, and shaping. First, the forming machine produces wet products through vacuum suction. These wet products are then dried—either in an oven or under sunlight—using hot air to get dry products. Hot-press shaping and edge trimming are performed according to product specifications.
